Position: Assistant Store Manager
We are currently seeking a committed and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support new warehouse operations. The selected candidate will play an important role in ensuring effective stock control, accurate documentation, staff supervision, and smooth coordination of material movement across multiple locations, including imports, exports, and deliveries. This role requires strong organizational skills and hands-on experience in warehouse and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment across all warehouse and store locations
- Oversee proper storage, safe handling, and correct placement of all materials
- Supervise store and warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures
- Manage stock records, stock-in and stock-out documentation, and approval processes
- Coordinate effectively with vendors, internal departments, and logistics partners
- Handle returns, rejections, and all related documentation accurately
- Support import and export stock handling, allocation, and tracking
- Oversee deliveries, prepare delivery notes, and resolve any discrepancies
- Track, manage, and maintain accurate records of sample materials
- Prepare periodic stock and operational reports and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in store or warehouse operations
- Strong understanding of inventory control systems and documentation processes
- Experience supervising warehouse or store teams
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
