Job Title: Assistant Reservation Manager — join a busy hospitality team in Dubai to help deliver excellent guest experiences and support front-of-house operations.
Experience Required: Prior experience in reservation or guest operations is essential; candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations using SevenRooms, including booking, modifications and cancellations.
- Perform reception duties such as greeting guests, handling walk-ins and managing the waiting list.
- Support event planning and coordination, assisting with table layouts, guest lists and special requests.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience by coordinating with service and kitchen teams, and resolving guest issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, no-shows and guest preferences to support smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in SevenRooms is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Prior experience in a similar role within hospitality will be an advantage.
