A prominent real estate developer in Dubai is seeking a driven Assistant Reporting Manager to strengthen its finance function. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with solid reporting experience in property development and the ability to support budgeting, audit and MIS activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support month-end and management reporting, preparing accurate MIS packs for stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to help drive performance.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure audit readiness.
- Maintain and improve financial controls and reporting processes across projects.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and support senior management with data-driven insights.
- Work with cross-functional teams (project, commercial, and operations) to gather and validate financial data.
Requirements:
- 5–6 years’ experience in finance/reporting, with at least 2–3 years in a UAE real estate development company.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, auditing procedures and MIS reporting best practices.
- Practical experience with Salesforce and SAP is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Energetic, proactive and able to work under pressure; ready to join immediately and contribute from day one.
