Assistant QHSE Consultant
Location: Abu Dhabi / UAE
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant QHSE Consultant to support our consultancy operations across the UAE. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Senior Consultant and assist in preparing documentation, conducting site visits, supporting client audits, preparing technical proposals, and contributing to the development and delivery of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Development – Assist in creating and maintaining QHSE manuals, procedures, and reports.
- Site Visits & Assessments – Conduct on-site inspections, evaluate compliance, and support audits.
- Training Delivery – Help prepare and deliver training sessions for clients and staff.
- Technical Proposals – Contribute to writing technical proposals and project documentation.
- Administrative & Coordination Support – Provide organizational and administrative assistance to the consultancy team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, or Engineering.
- Preferably 3 years of experience in a related role.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
