A leading organization in the UAE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager – Lubricants Division to support and execute marketing strategies across multiple sectors including Automotive, Marine, Aviation, and Industrial lubricants. This role requires a professional with strong industry knowledge and proven experience in both strategic and operational marketing functions within the lubricants sector.
The selected candidate will play a key role in driving brand visibility, supporting distributor networks, enhancing market presence, and contributing to business growth across B2B and B2C channels. The position also involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies across Automotive, Marine, Aviation, and Industrial lubricants divisions.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributor networks while ensuring consistent brand messaging and support.
• Plan and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Assist in product positioning, branding, and promotional activities across different market segments.
• Coordinate digital marketing initiatives and support content creation for campaigns and brand communication.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business goals.
• Support CRM and ERP-based marketing operations and maintain updated customer and market data.
• Contribute to creative campaign planning and innovative marketing strategies.

Requirements:
• 4–7 years of experience in marketing within the lubricant industry (mandatory requirement).
• Strong background in Automotive, Marine, Aviation, or Industrial lubricants sectors.
• Proven experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments.
• Strong understanding of lubricant products, technical specifications, and industry terminology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, branding, and content creation is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing tools.
