Description:
Eint Automotive LLC is expanding its team and is looking for an energetic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Tyres Sales to lead sales growth for renowned global tyre brands. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with proven experience in tyre sales who can build strong customer relationships and contribute to business expansion.
The successful candidate will manage sales activities, develop new business opportunities, support client relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies. The role requires strong negotiation abilities, leadership skills, and a target-focused approach to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality sales leads.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Negotiate sales agreements and confidently close business deals.
• Manage invoicing processes and coordinate collection activities.
• Monitor sales performance and support achievement of company targets.
• Maintain strong market knowledge and customer insights within the tyre industry.
Requirements:
• 4–5 years of proven experience in tyre sales, preferably with fleet and dealer customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and well-organized.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and sales activities effectively.
• Valid Oman Driving License is mandatory.
• Experience in automotive sales will be preferred.
