Description:
Al Ghurair Infrastructure – Facilities Solutions is actively seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Soft Services to become part of its Facilities Management team in the UAE. This opportunity is open to candidates who are available for immediate joining and possess a strong background in managing soft services operations across multiple sites.
The selected candidate will oversee daily soft services activities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, housekeeping, waste management, and overall service delivery in line with UAE Facilities Management regulations. You will be responsible for supervising teams, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and ensuring operational efficiency across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor soft services operations across multiple facilities.
- Lead and supervise large teams, ensuring productivity and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with UAE FM standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to maintain service excellence.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where required.
- Utilize CAFM systems for reporting, tracking, and operational planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
- 3–5 years of relevant Facilities Management experience within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE FM regulations and safety compliance standards.
- Proven experience handling large teams and multi-site operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CAFM systems.
