Andaz Dubai The Palm is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Assistant Manager – Front Office (Night) to become part of its hospitality team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing Front Office operations during overnight shifts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth night operations, supporting the Front Office team, handling guest concerns with professionalism, and maintaining high service standards. Candidates with solid Front Office leadership experience and the ability to confidently manage night operations are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Front Office operations throughout the night shift.
• Deliver an exceptional and seamless guest experience.
