A company in Dubai is urgently hiring an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager – F&B Operations to support and oversee day-to-day food and beverage activities across outlets and event locations. This role is suitable for candidates with strong operational knowledge in the hospitality or catering industry who can efficiently manage teams, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth service execution.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising operations, maintaining service standards, and supporting the successful execution of events and outlet activities. Both live-in and live-out options are available, with accommodation allowance provided for live-out employees.
Role Overview:
• Support daily Food & Beverage operations across multiple sites and events
• Supervise operational teams and ensure smooth coordination between departments
• Assist in maintaining high-quality service standards and operational efficiency
• Ensure timely execution of event setups, food dispatches, and service activities
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operational activities and site execution effectively
• Supervise, guide, and support service staff during operations and events
• Oversee food dispatch processes, pickups, deliveries, and event arrangements
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are consistently maintained
• Coordinate with kitchen teams, vendors, suppliers, and logistics departments
• Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical matters when necessary
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and workforce coordination
• Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction during operations
• Support management in improving workflow and operational performance
Requirements:
• Previous experience in F&B, catering, hospitality, or event operations
• Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple locations, operations, or event activities simultaneously
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and event-based schedules
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment
