Prime Vision is looking for a dedicated Assistant HR & Admin cum Event Coordinator to join their team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in HR operations, administration, and event management, who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and HR documentation processes.
• Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and update HRMS.
• Oversee employee relations, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
• Handle general office administration, including vendor coordination, licenses, and compliance tasks.
• Manage travel arrangements, visa processing, and day-to-day office operations.
• Plan and execute internal and external events, CSR activities, and team engagement programs.
• Coordinate event logistics, vendor communications, and budget management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for HR and event-related activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in a similar UAE-based role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
