Are you an experienced hotel operations leader ready to take charge in Dubai’s lively Deira district?
Hotel Versailles Deira is searching for a hands-on Assistant General Manager with a strong blend of operational savvy, commercial awareness, and people leadership. The ideal candidate will drive excellent guest experiences across Food & Beverage and daily hotel operations while coaching and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day F&B operations and ensure consistent, high-quality guest service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop departmental teams to raise service standards and staff performance.
- Monitor and improve financial and commercial performance; help manage budgets, revenue streams, and cost controls.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to set operational priorities, implement standards, and resolve guest or staff issues promptly.
