We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-focused Assistant Finance Manager to join our client’s team operating within the tourism industry. Position: Assistant Finance Manager
Salary Range: AED 7,500 – 8,000
The selected candidate will work closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Support budgeting activities, financial forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with UAE financial regulations
- Assist with internal and external audits, reconciliations, and detailed financial analysis
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for financial matters
- Provide financial insights, reports, and support to senior management for informed decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience; tourism sector experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
