Hiring | Assistant Finance Manager

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-focused Assistant Finance Manager to join our client’s team operating within the tourism industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who is eager to support financial operations, reporting, and strategic decision-making in a dynamic business environment.

Position: Assistant Finance Manager
Salary Range: AED 7,500 – 8,000

The selected candidate will work closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • Support budgeting activities, financial forecasting, and cash flow planning
  • Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with UAE financial regulations
  • Assist with internal and external audits, reconciliations, and detailed financial analysis
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for financial matters
  • Provide financial insights, reports, and support to senior management for informed decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience; tourism sector experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
