Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our Dubai team. The role involves supporting the Finance Manager with financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance to drive the organization’s financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with financial regulations
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other external partners
- Monitor cash flow and provide insights through detailed analysis
- Strengthen internal controls and recommend process improvements
- Supervise and guide junior finance team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master’s preferred)
- Professional qualification – CA
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE tax/VAT regulations
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (SAP, Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
