Role Purpose:
The Assistant Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the company’s digital marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about online marketing, brand building, and audience engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, websites, and paid advertising channels.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports with actionable insights and optimization suggestions.
  • Support SEO and SEM activities to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic growth.
  • Contribute to design and content creation while ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Update website content regularly and assist in maintaining overall website performance and user experience.
  • Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Conduct research on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Assist in coordinating online promotions, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong skills in video editing and digital content creation.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or relevant internships.
  • Working knowledge of SEO practices, Google Analytics, and paid advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
