Description:
Ejadah is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Bid Manager – Facilities Management to become part of its growing and dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in FM bidding who are comfortable working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment and managing multiple tenders simultaneously.
The successful candidate will be actively involved in the end-to-end bidding process, supporting the preparation of competitive technical and commercial proposals while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
Role Responsibilities:
• Review and analyse RFPs, tender documents, and detailed client requirements
• Coordinate and attend site visits to collect technical and operational inputs
• Prepare manpower deployment plans and detailed cost estimations
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and ensure compliance
• Assist in developing comprehensive technical and commercial bid proposals
• Manage multiple bids at the same time, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery
Requirements:
• 6 to 8 years of proven experience in Facilities Management bidding
• Engineering qualification is mandatory
• Strong expertise in Excel-based costing, budgeting, and financial modelling
• Excellent analytical skills with strong coordination and documentation abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
