Cleantech Gulf is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join its finance team in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to contribute to daily accounting operations while supporting key financial processes in a dynamic work environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and assisting with payroll, VAT, and month-end closing activities. Immediate joiners are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Process supplier invoices and customer payments.
• Reconcile bank, supplier, and customer accounts.
• Assist with payroll, VAT, and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Support the finance team with accounting and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
