Hiring: Assistant Accountant – Accounts Receivable
A growing organization within the Facilities Management sector is currently seeking an Assistant Accountant – Accounts Receivable to support its finance operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on AR experience, particularly within the FM industry, and a strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and receivables management.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue invoices related to Facilities Management contracts in a timely and accurate manner
• Actively follow up with customers to ensure on-time payment and resolve outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable ledgers and up-to-date customer balances
• Perform regular reconciliation of receivables, collections, and customer accounts
• Assist with month-end closing activities and support the preparation of financial reports
Requirements:
• Prior accounts receivable experience within the Facilities Management industry
• Good understanding of invoicing processes and collections procedures
• Hands-on experience working with accounting software or ERP systems
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyze financial data
