Description:
Eagle Environmental Services is seeking a proactive and experienced Area Supervisor to oversee pest control operations in Abu Dhabi. This position is well suited for professionals with strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience managing field teams while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, maintaining compliance with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices, supporting staff development, and ensuring all operational activities meet Abu Dhabi Technical Guidelines and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage pest control field teams across assigned operational areas.
• Ensure services are delivered according to client contracts, work plans, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor field operations and application activities.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, appearance, and compliance with operational procedures.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate site surveys, inspections, and field research activities.
• Maintain accurate operational records and update the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) system.
• Support the training, mentoring, and continuous development of field personnel.
• Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi Technical Guidelines and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science, Entomology, Public Health, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Experience supervising field operations within the pest control or environmental services industry.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices.
• Abu Dhabi Technical Guidelines and HSE requirements.
• Operational reporting, field inspections, and quality compliance.
