Are you an experienced Area Manager with a knack for driving success in the F&B or QSR sector? Bonbird, a rapidly expanding fast-food brand in the UAE, is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee multiple store locations.

What You’ll Do:

As an Area Manager, you’ll be instrumental in our growth, focusing on:

• Leading and inspiring Store Managers to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensuring all locations consistently meet our brand standards for quality, service, hygiene, and customer experience.
• Analyzing KPIs and implementing strategies to boost sales and operational performance.
• Driving profitability through expert labor, cost, and inventory management.
• Supporting new store openings and the rollout of brand initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

What We’re Looking For:

We need a proactive and data-driven individual who possesses:

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a multi-site operations management role, preferably within F&B or QSR.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and enhance performance.
• The capacity to thrive under pressure and make critical business decisions.
• Excellent commercial awareness and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to multitask, prioritise, and execute effectively in a hands-on environment.
• A valid UAE Driving License and flexibility to travel across locations within the UAE.
