Job Title: Arabic Typist

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Arabic Typist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling Arabic documentation with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, while also supporting general office and administrative tasks. This role requires strong typing skills, familiarity with standard office software, and the ability to manage documents professionally within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Type and format Arabic documents accurately using MS Word
  • Prepare, send, and manage official correspondence through Outlook email
  • Scan, print, file, and organize documents as required
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in Arabic typing
  • Fast and accurate Arabic typing skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
  • Experience handling scanning and printing equipment
  • Must hold a valid Kuwait Article 18 transferable residency
