Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present authentic Arabic dishes with consistency and high quality
- Develop and update menu items inspired by traditional and modern Arabic cuisine
- Maintain proper food hygiene, kitchen safety, and storage standards
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Manage kitchen inventory and assist in cost control and waste reduction
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning and special events
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in a related field
- Proven experience as an Arabic Chef or in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Excellent knowledge of traditional Arabic cuisine, spices, and preparation techniques
- Strong leadership, time management, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality during busy operations
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
