Description:
Wrist is expanding its Finance team in the Middle East and is currently hiring an AR Accountant to support invoicing and accounts receivable operations. This role is office-based in Sharjah and plays a key part in ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and smooth coordination with internal teams and customers across the region.
The selected candidate will handle customer invoicing activities, including re-invoicing and issuing credit notes. Responsibilities also include submitting invoices along with required supporting documents through email and customer portals while maintaining accurate records within the ERP system.
Additional duties involve managing accounts receivable administration, tracking outstanding balances, supporting dispute resolution, and updating ERP records accordingly. The role also covers handling rebates, commissions, and discount adjustments, as well as supporting month-end closing processes and preparing basic AR reports.
The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in invoicing and credit note processes, along with strong organizational and Excel skills. Familiarity with ERP systems is essential, with experience in AX or Microsoft Dynamics considered an advantage. Applicants should have between two to four years of relevant AR or invoicing experience and hold a Master’s degree or a recognized professional accounting qualification.
