An exciting opportunity has opened for an Application Support Engineer to join a leading IT services organization in Abu Dhabi on a permanent basis. The role is ideal for professionals experienced in maintaining and supporting enterprise-level applications while ensuring system stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor applications and databases to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of incidents.
- Utilize Dynatrace and ServiceNow for monitoring, ticketing, and incident tracking.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system configurations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and system reliability.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in 24/7 operations or Network Operations Center (NOC) environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and cybersecurity service management practices.
- Experience with configuration management tools and maintaining structured technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
