Bloom Growth™, a business growth operating system powered by software, is seeking a skilled Analytics Engineer (Modern Data Stack) to manage and optimize our end-to-end data ecosystem. This fully remote position is ideal for professionals who excel in building clean, reliable data systems, enjoy collaborating across teams, and are passionate about transforming raw data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and monitor data ingestion pipelines using Fivetran to ensure high uptime and reliability across SaaS platforms and internal databases.
- Architect and model data within Snowflake for performance, scalability, and analytical clarity.
- Design, implement, and maintain transformation workflows using dbt and orchestration tools such as Airflow or Prefect.
- Execute reverse ETL processes with HighTouch to integrate data into HubSpot and other operational systems.
- Build interactive notebooks and dashboards in Hex to provide real-time insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies to maintain reporting integrity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data models and reporting solutions.
- Continuously improve documentation, governance, and best practices across the modern data stack.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Snowflake and advanced SQL.
- Experience with modern data stack tools: Fivetran, dbt, Airflow or Prefect, HighTouch, Hex (or similar BI/notebook platforms).
- Ability to independently manage data projects from ingestion to reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and reasoning abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or certification in data engineering, analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in a SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with collaborative notebooks and modern BI workflows.
- Experience designing scalable data governance and documentation practices.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $100,000–$125,000 USD (based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location).
