A company based in Dubai is currently hiring an Ambassador – Customer Excellence to join its team. The role involves providing outstanding customer service across multiple channels including calls, emails, and chats. The selected candidate will ensure a high-quality customer experience while addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering professional and timely customer support through calls, emails, and chats
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive service experience
