ECO Smart Line delivers precision-engineered aluminium, glass and shading systems for contemporary buildings across the UAE. We specialise in façades, cladding, pergolas and custom architectural solutions. We are hiring a hands-on Façade Site Engineer to lead on-site installation activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to quality standards.

What You’ll Do:
- Supervise on-site installation of aluminium façades, glass panels, cladding and related systems.
- Read, interpret and execute work from approved drawings, specifications and BOQs.
- Coordinate daily with design, procurement and subcontractor teams to keep work flowing smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and UAE authority requirements on site.
- Prepare site progress reports, manage inspections and support quality assurance checks.
- Track progress against schedules and escalate issues that may affect delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar technical qualification.
- 3–5 years of hands-on UAE experience on façade, aluminium or glass projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; capable of coordinating project activities.
- Familiarity with DM (Dubai Municipality), Trakhees, EHS and other local authority standards.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
