Description:
Ascension is seeking an organized, strategic, and highly capable ALT Administrator to provide direct executive support to members of the Ascension Leadership Team (ALT). This role enables leaders to focus on strategic priorities by managing communications, coordinating national initiatives, preparing meeting materials, and driving operational efficiency across the ministry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support ALT members in prioritizing focus areas and identifying success metrics.
• Draft and manage internal and external communications — presentations, emails, documents — and complete high-priority items.
• Prepare leaders for meetings and events: manage leadership cadence, distribute materials, take notes, and track action items and deliverables.
• Participate in and help coordinate strategic national projects and initiatives.
• Manage projects that support ministry-wide strategies and improve processes for clarity and efficiency.
• Provide decision support through data gathering, analysis, and presentation of considerations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate ministry-wide procedures and work to streamline processes for maximum effectiveness.
• May supervise other associates, including hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation.

Requirements:
• Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years’ cumulative experience OR Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience OR 7 years of applicable experience.
• Preferably 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules, prepare high-quality materials, and follow through on deliverables.
• Experience managing projects and improving cross-functional processes.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams.
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
