The successful candidate will support export operations by managing shipment processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with UAE export procedures. The role offers the chance to grow within a dynamic and professional air cargo logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate air export shipments and related operational activities.
• Handle export documentation and shipment processing.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai and UAE export procedures.
• Communicate with airlines, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational updates.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in air cargo export operations.
• Knowledge of Calogi.
• Experience with SkyChain / Emirates SkyCargo systems.
• Understanding of Dubai export handover procedures.
• Knowledge of UAE export procedures.
• Strong shipment coordination skills.
• Good English communication and coordination skills.
