The company is looking for a confident and expressive AI Sales Conversation Trainer to help improve and shape how AI systems communicate with people in real-time conversations. This role plays a key part in training AI models to sound more natural, engaging, and emotionally intelligent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct conversational Zoom sessions with global data partners on everyday topics
• Assist in training AI systems through both scripted and unscripted dialogue interactions
• Help refine the tone, personality, and natural flow of AI voice conversations
• Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to improve voice AI performance
• Represent General American speech patterns in conversational AI training
• Maintain engaging, natural, and human-like conversation flow during sessions
Requirements:
• Background in sales, customer service, real estate, or similar client-facing roles
• Strong ability to hold conversations, manage objections, and maintain engagement
• Neutral American accent with clear, confident, and expressive communication
• Quiet environment suitable for online sessions and reliable internet connection
• Ability to stay calm, creative, and composed during challenging conversations
• Bonus: Experience in acting, podcasting, radio, or voiceover work
• No formal voice acting experience required, but strong communication skills are essential
Compensation & Benefits:
• Annual salary between $75,000 – $90,000 depending on experience
