HireArt is supporting a leading global AI organization in hiring AI Red Teaming Generalists to help evaluate and improve the safety, accuracy, and reliability of generative AI systems. This role focuses on testing AI behavior across sensitive scenarios, identifying risks, and ensuring that outputs meet high safety and quality standards. It is ideal for strong writers and analytical thinkers who are interested in AI safety, model evaluation, and structured assessment work.
In this position, you will work within a structured framework to design prompts, evaluate AI-generated responses across multiple formats, and document findings with clarity and precision. The role plays an important part in strengthening responsible AI development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create original prompts designed to test AI behavior in complex, sensitive, and edge-case scenarios
• Evaluate and rank AI outputs across text, image, audio, video, and agent-based interactions
• Identify factual inaccuracies, unsafe content, or misleading responses and document findings clearly
• Provide structured feedback using templates, rubrics, and evaluation scorecards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
• Maintain clear, professional communication when reporting evaluation results
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in writing-intensive or analytical fields
• Strong command of English grammar, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work with sensitive, complex, or potentially graphic material
• High attention to detail with structured, evidence-based evaluation skills
• Strong time management and ability to work in a remote collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in writing, editing, journalism, copywriting, or education
• Experience in content moderation, gaming communities, or digital culture environments
• Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and technology ethics
Nice to Have:
• Experience in cybersecurity, penetration testing, or ethical hacking
• Knowledge of CBRNE-related safety frameworks or secure testing environments
