LEADR is seeking a highly motivated AI Developer / Vibe Coder to join our team remotely and work directly with Jordan Schumacher, co-founder and CEO of a rapidly growing 8-figure annual speaker coaching company. This is a hands-on role for a builder, tinkerer, and obsessive problem-solver who thrives on creating AI-driven solutions and automations that make real business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build personal productivity and intelligence tools, including AI-powered workflows, research tools, automations, and agents to improve team efficiency.
  • Develop production-grade business tools such as lead qualification agents, CRM automations, outreach personalization at scale, and internal AI assistants.
  • Work with real data at significant scale, pushing the limits of human-in-the-loop systems.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for AI integrations and software automation, proposing and implementing solutions independently.
  • Ship projects that go directly into production with measurable results.

Candidate Profile:

  • Passionate about AI, systems, and automation; actively builds projects independently.
  • Experienced with tools like Cursor, Claude, GPT-4o, Replit, Bolt, Windsurf, or similar, and stays updated on new AI technologies.
  • Comfortable with Python or JavaScript basics, n8n / Make / Zapier, OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini APIs, Airtable, HubSpot, Slack integrations, and API-based automations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, unstructured environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship personal projects or automations, with a focus on outcomes rather than optics.

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote with flexible hours; output-focused culture.
