Description:
RE/MAX Smart Concept is looking to hire a dedicated AI Automation Engineer to join its team on a full-time basis in Abu Dhabi. This role is focused on hands-on execution, where you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reliable automation workflows across CRM platforms and internal systems. The position requires strong technical execution skills with a clear focus on system integration and automation stability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and manage automation workflows using tools such as Make, Zapier, and n8n
• Integrate CRM platforms through APIs, including both data reading and writing
• Connect automated workflows with communication tools such as Slack, Email, and WhatsApp Business API
• Implement proper logging, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms to ensure workflow reliability
• Test, document, update, and maintain automation processes on an ongoing basis
Requirements:
• Proven experience working with Make, Zapier, and/or n8n automation platforms
• Hands-on experience integrating CRM systems via APIs, including Bitrix24 or similar tools
• Experience connecting and managing integrations with Slack, Email systems, and WhatsApp Business API
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, automation logic, and system integrations
