PIMCO is currently seeking an experienced Advisor Education Consultant to further develop and elevate its Advisor Education value-add program within the U.S. Global Wealth Management business. This role serves as a highly visible ambassador for the Advisor Education platform, representing PIMCO at major industry events and acting as a strategic partner to internal teams such as Field Sales, Strategic Accounts, and Sales Strategy.

The successful candidate will be a respected thought leader within the wealth management space, with a proven ability to design and deliver impactful educational content that helps financial advisors grow their practices, strengthen client relationships, and navigate a rapidly evolving market environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent PIMCO’s Advisor Education program through thought leadership and educational delivery at industry conferences, advisor events, and client sessions.
• Partner closely with U.S. Global Wealth Management teams to design and expand programs that increase advisor engagement and long-term loyalty.
• Research, identify, and develop high-quality educational and thought leadership content focused on practice management, wealth planning, tax strategies, and investment consulting.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create differentiated programs that support advisor business growth and deeper partnerships with PIMCO.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive library of timely, actionable, and easy-to-digest content for advisors and internal sales teams.
• Deliver content through webinars, virtual platforms, in-person presentations, and national or regional industry conferences.
• Customize educational initiatives to support advisors at all stages, from early-career professionals to seasoned practitioners.
• Work with Strategic Accounts teams to deploy Advisor Education content across partner firms.
• Support internal training efforts, including account manager consultations, divisional calls, and internal communication platforms.
• Participate in investor sessions with key clients when appropriate.
• Demonstrate broad knowledge of market-relevant financial topics and contribute to the development of an industry-leading education program.
• Align educational initiatives with broader business objectives and strategic growth priorities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced professional certifications are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience within financial services.
• Established credibility and recognized thought leadership in wealth management.
• Proven success developing educational content in practice management, financial planning, and investment consulting.
• Deep understanding of wealth planning, tax strategies, investment solutions, and advisor business models.
• Strong writing, presentation, and content development capabilities.
• Ability to confidently engage and present to large audiences at industry events.
• Familiarity with the financial advisor and RIA landscape.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and strategic mindset.
• Flexibility to adapt content to diverse advisor needs and changing market conditions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for conferences, events, and client engagements.
• Comfort with virtual delivery tools and digital engagement platforms.
