Role Overview:
As an Ads Content Rater, you’ll apply content and ads policies to review text, images, audio, and video. Your work will help improve automated systems, shape policy updates, and keep online experiences safe and relevant for users.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn and apply specific content and ads policies and rating guidelines.
- Review and label text, image, audio, and video content accurately.
- Flag non-compliant items and provide concise feedback to improve tools and processes.
- Keep up to date with related policy changes beyond your main queue.
- Work efficiently using provided platforms and follow quality standards for turnaround and accuracy.
Must Have:
- Graduate with 0–1 year of related experience (freshers welcome).
- Fluent (C1) in the target language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Neutral, analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel and quick to learn new web tools and platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely on flexible shifts.
Nice to Have:
- Prior exposure to content moderation, ads rating, or review workflows.
- Shift flexibility to cover different time windows as required.
