About the Role:
As an Admissions Counsellor (Strategy Consultant), you will guide students through the college admissions journey, working closely with each student and their dedicated Crimson team to create personalized academic and extracurricular roadmaps. You’ll provide mentorship, develop strategies, and ensure every aspect of a student’s application is expertly managed. This full-time position can be remote or based in any of our global offices. Part-time candidates (25–30+ hours) with high-demand backgrounds are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop individualized admissions strategies for students and execute them collaboratively with the student’s Crimson team.
✔ Maintain deep knowledge of high school curricula, extracurricular options, summer programs, and standardized test planning to guide admissions strategies.
✔ Advise students and parents on best-fit universities, balancing ambition and realism to maximize acceptance chances.
✔ Conduct bi-monthly consulting sessions, documenting notes and action items for stakeholders.
✔ Maintain ongoing communication with students and families through email and other channels.
✔ Assist with marketing initiatives, seminars, and local events.
✔ Support initial consultations with local Sales teams to promote Crimson’s services.
✔ Contribute to Product and Resource Development initiatives to enhance student services.

Skills & Experience Required:
✔ Strong preference for experience in US/UK undergraduate admissions consulting.
✔ Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives.
✔ Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Stakeholder management experience, collaborating with internal teams, students, and parents.
✔ Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Experience in education, coaching, tutoring, or admissions consulting preferred.
