We are seeking an experienced Admission Specialist to guide prospective families through a seamless enrollment process, ensuring a supportive and informative experience from initial inquiry to enrollment completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective families, offering guidance on enrollment requirements, tuition, financial aid, and programs
- Manage the full admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring smooth operations
- Review and verify required enrollment documents in compliance with school and state regulations
- Collaborate with Educational Concierge team to help families choose the best academic pathways
- Maintain accurate records in the student information system (SIS) and CRM platform
- Conduct virtual open houses and informational sessions for families
- Align messaging with marketing and recruitment teams to ensure consistent communication
- Stay informed on state-specific education savings accounts (ESAs) and financial aid options
- Assist with managing CRM customer service tickets, providing timely responses and resolution
- Track and report on admissions metrics such as response times, conversion rates, and engagement
- Provide ongoing nurture and support to prospective families until final enrollment decisions are made
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills:
- 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, student services, or related fields, ideally in online or private schools
- Proficiency in SIS, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Familiarity with ESAs, financial aid, or tuition assistance programs is a plus
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data management abilities
- Experience handling CRM tickets and managing family inquiries
Technology Requirements:
- Employee must provide and maintain home office setup, including internet and telephone
- Company will provide a laptop for work purposes
