Description:
A reputable organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive and dependable Female Administrator with experience in PRO-related activities to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling government-related processes, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and providing administrative support across multiple functions.
This position requires a strong understanding of visa processing, labor and immigration procedures, company licensing requirements, and government portal operations. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external authorities to ensure smooth business operations and regulatory compliance.
Candidates with previous experience in the ADNOC or oil and gas sector will have an added advantage. The role offers an opportunity to join a professional team and contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle visa applications, labor processes, immigration requirements, and Emirates ID procedures
• Manage company-related government transactions, approvals, and official documentation
• Process and renew company licenses, permits, registrations, and related certificates
• Coordinate and communicate with government authorities including immigration, labor departments, and municipalities
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and documentation requirements
• Support HR activities including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee record management
• Arrange travel bookings, accommodations, and logistics when required
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and team members
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Proven UAE experience as an Administrator or PRO
• Strong knowledge of company licensing procedures and government service portals
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws, immigration processes, and compliance requirements
• Experience in AD NOC projects or the oil and gas industry is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines effectively
