Description:
Yateman International is seeking a meticulous Administrative Support Specialist to assist our client with operational support, CRM data management, customer follow-up, and outbound communications. This role demands strong organization, attention to detail, consistency, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform ongoing CRM data hygiene and cleanup as requested by the client.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers after service or trips, including outbound phone calls, emails, and documenting all interactions in the CRM.
• Send outbound emails to prospective customers using approved templates and procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all actions, outcomes, and next steps.
• Provide end-of-shift summaries detailing completed tasks, items in progress, and any blockers.
• Respond to manager communications promptly during scheduled hours.
Requirements:
• Ability to consistently work full scheduled shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and consistency in task execution.
• Comfortable working within a CRM and adhering to documented processes.
• Willingness to track work time using TopTracker.
• Accountability to meet deadlines, attend meetings, and communicate absences in advance.
Preferred Experience:
• 1+ year in administrative support, operations support, customer support, or CRM/data entry roles.
• Experience with CRM cleanup and maintaining data hygiene.
• Professional email communication skills and thorough documentation of outcomes.
• HubSpot experience is a plus (not required).
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST (unpaid 15–30 min break; schedule may be adjusted if needed)
