Description:
Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join their team remotely. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with team members and contributing to efficient operations. The role provides standardized administrative support to departments or professional groups, performing clerical and general office duties, including payroll, correspondence, file maintenance, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate payroll records, including weekly payroll data, vacation, holiday, and sick hours, and provide exception reporting as needed
• File department records and documents according to established guidelines
• Screen and respond to phone calls, letters, and emails, applying knowledge of department procedures to answer routine inquiries
• Resolve general issues for internal and external customers while handling confidential and sensitive information
• Prepare routine documents, reports, and correspondence, proofreading for spelling and grammar
• Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and organize supporting documents for meetings
• Take minutes and prepare agendas for meetings
• Arrange travel plans and serve as a point of contact for attendees
• Assist in onboarding new employees, including workspace setup and equipment allocation
• Coordinate special events and provide logistical support such as room reservations and catering
• Assist with departmental budget or expense reports

Responsibilities Specific to Claims Management Team

• Sort and distribute physical mail according to business line and ensure it reaches the appropriate recipients
• Process department invoices, including necessary modifications
• Handle incoming calls for general claims lines and triage voicemails or inquiries accordingly

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• 1 year of experience in an administrative role
