This is a senior-level role that blends high-level executive support with critical operational ownership. You will play a key role in managing the flow of information, meeting cadences, and materials that support the CFO’s priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position requires sound judgment, strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to bring structure and consistency to complex workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Manage and prioritize the CFO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare agendas, pre-read materials, and briefing documents while contributing to team culture through recognition and engagement initiatives.
Meeting & Operational Support: Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting rhythms, including capturing notes, decisions, and action items. Ensure accountability through follow-ups and manage all related decks, documentation, timelines, and workflows supporting CFO-led initiatives.
Decks & Materials Management: Maintain standardized templates and organize materials for recurring meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Coordinate inputs from cross-functional leaders and ensure slide decks are clear, accurate, and consistently formatted.
Board & Lender Support: Oversee the full production lifecycle of board and lender materials, including timeline management, input collection, version control, and assembly of final presentation packets (excluding confidential compensation information).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Legal, GTM, RevOps, and Product teams to keep key programs on track, supporting leadership with research, summaries, and preparation as required.

Qualifications:
• 8–10+ years of direct experience supporting C-level executives in high-growth or dynamic organizations.
• Proven expertise in complex calendar management, organization, and follow-through.
• Strong experience managing input cycles and preparing, formatting, and maintaining recurring executive presentation decks.
• Excellent judgment, superior written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Self-motivated, highly responsive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate executive needs with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to implement new processes, solve problems effectively, and manage projects practically and efficiently.
• Extensive experience coordinating complex travel and logistics.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary ranging from $125,000 to $165,000, depending on experience, location, and role-related factors.
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family.
• Life insurance, mental wellness support, and fertility and family-growth benefits.
• Flexible time off in addition to company-paid holidays.
• Paid family leave, medical leave, and bereavement policies.
• Retirement savings plans.
• Home office and technology setup allowance.
• Annual professional development stipend.
