Description:
The Consulting Engineers Group, Inc.® (CEG®) is seeking a professional Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at its Albuquerque, New Mexico location. This full-time onsite role is responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating office activities, and maintaining efficient internal processes.
The successful candidate will serve as a central point of coordination for communications, scheduling, recordkeeping, and routine accounting and HR administrative tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and voicemail communication professionally while escalating urgent matters when required.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, coordinate logistics, and prepare meeting materials.
• Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, memos, and internal communications.
• Maintain confidential records and organized electronic and physical filing systems.
• Coordinate with other company offices regarding business-related activities.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and office supply inventory.
• Support employee activities, internal events, and office facility coordination.
• Update billing spreadsheets and assist with monthly credit card reconciliation.
• Support expense reports, invoices, accounts payable/receivable tracking, and basic reconciliation activities.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding administrative processes.
• Monitor and submit unplanned absences according to company procedures.
• Perform additional administrative and office support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines effectively.

• Experience with office systems or HRIS platforms is a plus.
• Advanced Excel knowledge including PivotTables, complex formulas, and data analysis.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Must be able to travel up to four times per year.
• Strong knowledge of:
