This role focuses on data entry, record management, and guest service assistance, ensuring accurate and timely processing of information and smooth office operations. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, operate office equipment efficiently, and maintain professionalism while supporting team objectives and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
• Entering and retrieving data from databases to maintain accurate records, reservations, and reports
• Responding promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Transmitting information and documents through email, mail, or fax
• Operating office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and photocopiers
• Preparing correspondence, memos, and reports using word processing and spreadsheet software
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing
• Creating and maintaining organized filing systems for digital and paper documents
• Assisting with reservations, check-ins, and guest-related administrative tasks
• Supporting team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment
• Following company policies, including confidentiality and asset protection

Qualifications and skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with database management and point of sale systems is advantageous
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
• Availability to work full-time, including occasional weekends or evenings
