Soni is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a global Law Firm. The position will start off as a temporary role that sits remotely in the following cities: Boston (MA), Chicago (IL), Denver (CO), Los Angeles (CA), Miami (FL), New York (NY), Palo Alto (CA), Reston (VA), San Diego (CA), San Francisco (CA), Santa Monica (CA), Seattle (WA), Washington, DC. The Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide administrative and clerical support to the Firm’s Practice Innovation team in all areas of day-to-day administration.
Responsibilities:
- Prior administrative experience in a professional services or law firm setting;
- Manage user support tasks such as responding to tickets, updating rosters, and analyzing engagement data.
- Perform general administrative tasks including meeting scheduling, catering coordination, inbox triage, and report generation.
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior law firm experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iManage, and firm-specific applications after onboarding.
- Availability to work overtime as needed.
- Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities
- Professional presentation and demeanor
- Reliable and cooperative manner
- Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion related to all firm personnel and firm business
- Excellent attention to detail, oral and written communication, and proofreading skills
- High level of initiative, diplomacy, and tact
Compensation: $24-30/hr.
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
