SCA Health is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support its team in Birmingham, Alabama. The successful candidate will assist with administrative operations, project coordination, and organizational activities while supporting Deputy General Counsels and internal teams. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and project management support to Deputy General Counsels and organizational teams.
• Assist with general office operations, events, and community or teammate-related initiatives.
• Manage schedules, documentation, communications, and administrative tasks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling of confidential information.
• Respond professionally to internal teams, members, clients, and external contacts.
• Coordinate multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines.
• Support organizational projects and special assignments as directed by management.
• Represent the organization professionally in all interactions.
• Work occasional early mornings and evenings when required.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional administrative experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach to supporting teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
