Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Brook Park, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and organized environment. The role involves supporting day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring smooth communication and organization across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date records and documentation.
- Coordinate email correspondence, including drafting, responding, and organizing communications.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars, ensuring optimal time management.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint to complete administrative tasks.
- Assist with outbound marketing and sales initiatives as required.
- Organize and maintain administrative files and office systems.
- Support business operations through administrative management and office organization.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative assistance or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise correspondence.
- Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments effectively.
- Skilled in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with email management and correspondence.
- Experience in sales or marketing support is a plus.
