Description:

Planet Pharma is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level executive and coordination support to senior leaders within the Business Development team. This is a remote contract role based in the United States, operating in Eastern Standard Time (EST), and involves managing sensitive schedules, confidential communications, and complex coordination tasks.

The role is best suited for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced corporate environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and administrative operations across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex, high-priority calendars for multiple senior leaders

• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including confidential and executive-level discussions

• Arrange domestic travel, including flights, hotels, and detailed itineraries

• Handle expense reports, reimbursement requests, and administrative documentation

• Manage incoming communications including emails, calls, and correspondence routing

• Provide backup administrative support across departments as needed

• Assist in planning events and supporting business initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent administrative experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in executive or administrative support roles

• Strong experience managing complex calendars across multiple time zones

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

• Strong knowledge of:
