We’re Hiring: Administrative Assistant
Join ITG Communications, LLC, a leading broadband services provider, as an Administrative Assistant supporting our cross-functional Broadband Technical Resources teams. This role involves assisting with projects, programs, and administrative tasks while collaborating with employees, vendors, and customers to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to Construction Coordinators as needed
- Participate in all project phases, compiling comprehensive AS BUILT packets per BTR and client standards
- Support the Finance Department by verifying production data against billed amounts and advising on discrepancies
- Maintain and update in-house records and spreadsheets to ensure accurate project status tracking
- Assist with additional duties as assigned to support cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of cable construction experience
- 1–3 years of administrative experience preferred
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Smartsheet
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Knowledge of aerial and underground cable plant design, including coax and fiber
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
