We’re Hiring: Administrative Assistant

Join ITG Communications, LLC, a leading broadband services provider, as an Administrative Assistant supporting our cross-functional Broadband Technical Resources teams. This role involves assisting with projects, programs, and administrative tasks while collaborating with employees, vendors, and customers to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to Construction Coordinators as needed
  • Participate in all project phases, compiling comprehensive AS BUILT packets per BTR and client standards
  • Support the Finance Department by verifying production data against billed amounts and advising on discrepancies
  • Maintain and update in-house records and spreadsheets to ensure accurate project status tracking
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned to support cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of cable construction experience
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Smartsheet
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Knowledge of aerial and underground cable plant design, including coax and fiber
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
