Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to managers and staff
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal appointments
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and database updates
  • Support onboarding processes, including paperwork, badge setup, and training schedules
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Coordinate office supplies, purchase requests, and vendor communications
  • Assist with special projects and cross-functional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information discreetly
  • Comfortable working independently and managing shifting priorities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
