Join NASCO as an Administrative Assistant!
NASCO is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our remote-first team. This role combines organization, creativity, and collaboration while providing flexibility to work from home. Occasional travel to the Atlanta office in Sandy Springs may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare agendas and track follow-up actions for team and client meetings.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and version control.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members, managing calendar changes to minimize disruption.
• Support communication between departments, draft, proofread, and manage internal and external correspondence.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and special projects, fostering relationships with internal and external partners.
• Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with high accuracy.
• Assist with travel coordination and expense reports.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Organize team events, offsites, and client visits, including logistics and catering.
• Identify and implement improvements to administrative workflows and tools.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
