About the Role:
Kitchen Tune-Up is looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing kitchen remodeling franchise. This part-time position offers flexible remote work, with opportunities for training, career growth, and performance-based bonuses. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support project management and customer service operations.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
- Part-time: 4 hours per day, 5 days a week (Tuesday–Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and franchise owner to organize project documentation
- Track project timelines and schedules
- Place and manage supplier orders
- Maintain accurate prospect and client information in databases
- Answer incoming calls and perform customer follow-up
- Conduct pre-qualification calls and provide customer service support
- Work effectively with a team to support business operations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency with computers and smartphones
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly motivated, dependable, and organized
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
